Preparation
If you've seen The Block, you've made a start on your research. The next step is to dig into the costs and ask whether Australians can afford the houses that are being created. If you would like to see what it takes to make an affordable home, and enjoy the challenge of making one, we're scoping a project to do just that in the DwellLab. Through the project, this policy group will develop advice to regulators, planners and market participants, including financiers, to help them better address the housing needs of Australians.
